We take on projects of all sizes and approach each one with care, attention to detail, and respect for your space. Our goal is simple: leave your home looking better than we found it and make the process as smooth as possible for you.
Giving back is also important to us. One project we’re especially proud of was repainting the exterior of Morning Light, a hospice home for individuals facing terminal illness here in Indianapolis. Being part of something that meaningful is a reminder of why we do what we do.

Carmen worked for years as a CNA/Caregiver at the Abbie Home Bryce Home, a non-profit home in Indianapolis that serves terminally-ill individuals with nowhere else to go and no one else to care for them. Her kind nature was obvious when at the Home, and now that she has chosen an entrepreneurial path, her kindness continues to shine.
O&E has done wood repair, a massive exterior painting job, flooring install services, and accent wall installation for usquickly and at a competitive price. All projects have been top notch.
